I saw your advertisement for part-time staff in the local paper and I am writing to apply for a job as a secretary in your business education at Columbus High School.

I’m 25 years old and I finished my studies last year. I’m friendly, hard-working and a good experience and believe that I can satisfactory fill the position that you have. My teachers always said that I am one of the most responsible people in my class. For the last two months I have had the opportunity to improve both skills as a full time replacement at the main office of the Bank of Columbus County and I have served customers in a shop too, so I am used to working with people.
